Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our dynamic Help Desk team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows-based, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively assist and train end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users of Microsoft Windows-based systems, including desktop computers, laptops, and servers.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices.
  • Troubleshoot printer and scanner issues.
  • Serve as the first/second point of contact for technical assistance.
  • Provide end-user training on Microsoft Windows products and services.
  • Work with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s costumers

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows system administration.
  • Experience with Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft products and services.
  • MCSA/MCSE/MCITP/CCNA certification – Advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Mac OS, Linux knowledge – Advantage

Job Description

We are looking for skilled experience Sys Admin, the main goals of this position are to perform projects and tasks, improve costumers’ systems, install new technologies, monitor the systems, and maintain the systems and network environment with minimal interruption to the services.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and PowerShell.
  •  Hands-on experience with storage.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
  •  Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Azure infrastructure.
  •  Hands-on experience with Windows servers.
  • Work with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s costumers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a System Administrator or equivalent role.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Azure, VMware, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies (firewalls, switches).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional IT initiatives.
  • Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • MCSA/MCSE/MCITP/CCNA certification.
